David Hasselhoff was created by Valentijn Gilissen, and first appeared in the game Defender of RON.

This former "Baywatch" and "Knight Rider" star came to Reality to hatch a sinister plot (the details of which are explained in "Defender of RON"). This plot was foiled by Phil Nihilist, who had just gained superpowers, and his brother Dave, who ran over him with a bulldozer.
David Hasselhoff is still at large, however. Instead of being squashed, he fell into a series of tunnels beneath the town. Presumably, he lives there still...
